(CNN)Frank McAlister's dying nearly twenty five years ago had lengthy stumped detectives. The 19-year-old's skeletal remains put together in rural Northern California several weeks following the vehicle he'd been driving was discovered mysteriously abandoned inside a Costco parking area in Redding.
