SF's DNA Lounge sends cease-and-desist to DC club using same name When a new nightclub in Washington, D.C., announced it would be opening under the name DNA Lounge, San Francisco's 36-year-old club DNA Lounge did not take it lightly. "There is only one DNA Lounge, and it has been in San Francisco since 1985.
