| Essential maintenance: OVF server move complete The OVF website has now moved to a new UK-based web server which should result in a more reliable uptime.The move did take slightly longer than planned (there is no way of setting a timescale on a web migration) and that unfortunately means that 24 hours worth of posts have been lost.

| Apple Grants China Full Control of iCloud Data – and the Timing Couldn't Be Worse In an article a month ago, Chinese state paper Global Times said that the iCloud exchange and the new server farm will profit Chinese Apple clients since they "will have their information protection better secured, as the Chinese government is relied upon to successfully guarantee information security.".
